KibbleWatcher fills that gap: every score is reproducible from the underlying ingredient list and guaranteed analysis, the algorithm is published openly on the methodology page, and we never accept payment for placement.
KibbleWatcher uses Amazon Associates affiliate links on outbound "Shop on Amazon" buttons — buying through those links earns a small commission at no cost to you. The link destination is the same product whether tagged or not, and the tag has zero effect on the score. We do not take payment from brands, agencies, or PR firms.
Best-Of guides and brand-vs-brand pages are written from the same data the algorithm uses. We do not adjust rankings based on which brands are easier to buy on Amazon, which have higher commission rates, or which have larger marketing budgets. When a brand we'd recommend isn't sold on Amazon US, we still rank it; the buy button just falls back to a search.
